In the midst of this pressure, mindfulness comes into play. Mindfulness, the practice of being fully present and engaging with the moment without judgment, is an effective antidote to stress and pressure in our hectic everyday lives.

Mindfulness is the practice of fully focusing on the present moment with openness and non-judgment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and sensations.
Mindfulness is an ancient wisdom whose positive effects on well-being have been confirmed by scientific research. This was definitely the case for me. When I first started looking into the subject, I was very skeptical. However, integrating mindfulness into my life has meant that I can act more consciously, focused and clearly as an entrepreneur, but above all as a husband, father and friend, and my balance and general well-being have increased significantly.
The Mindfulness for Leaders workshop aims to introduce you as an entrepreneur and leader to the topic of mindfulness, to teach you the principles and benefits of mindfulness - based on scientific evidence - and to give you tools that you can integrate into your everyday life to improve your mental clarity, balance and overall wellbeing.

DURATION & FORMAT.
This workshop has been designed to be a one or two day event. However, if you have a different timeframe or would like to set individual priorities, the structure can be adapted to suit your needs.
